Kundalini Yoga with Carolyn

Carolyn McTaggart is an experienced Kundalini Yoga, hatha, meditation and gong teacher based in Glasgow’s westend. She offers a safe and welcoming space to connect, move, learn, love and heal – to find peace and harmony in mind, body and soul.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, suitable for all abilities. Expect a dynamic blend of movement, postures, breathwork, sound, mantra, meditation and relaxation techniques that activate energy centres throughout the body. 

Each lesson explores effective techniques to:

  • Relieve stress, balance the glands and nervous system
  • Increase stability and vitality
  • Improve mental clarity and concentration
  • Sharpen the senses to build awareness
  • Shift old patterns and find freedom within

All welcome. No previous experience necessary. Note these classes are not suitable during pregnancy.
