Everyone has the right to know what information is stored about them and to check that any data is being processed lawfully and securely. Classes/Therapies/Treatments
When you attend for your first therapy session you will be asked to provide information about yourself. This is information is used to provide the service to you.
You will be asked to sign a consent form describing the information we hold about you and the ways in which it might be used. You can choose what is right for you.
We store your personal information for eight years after the date of the last entry and then we will contact you to ask if you would like us to destroy it, invite you back to the studio and to tell you about new services and information about The Movement Studio.
The information is stored on our secure server and in a paper file, stored in a locked cabinet.
We will not share your personal details with anyone other than the teacher/trainer/therapist of the service with which you have undertaken.
Who will use this information?
Information about you will not be shared with anyone without your consent or unless required by law. The database is password protected and can only be accessed by The Movement Studio or the teacher of the class in which you have participated.

We promise never to cold call you or share your data and personal details with other organisations.
