Kate was asked by Scottish Ballet to produce 15 minute downloads to promote health and exercise to the wider community – with a little persuasion from Covid-19 from there ballet stretch and tone was born!
The Ballet Stretch and Tone class was choreographed as a class to help dancers ready their bodies for ballet class but also to create an awareness of posture, body connectivity and engagement. Creating awareness of muscles and their activation process to enable a clearer understanding of the muscles required for dance technique. At the end of this class you will feel taller, muscularly connected, grounded and ready to dance or begin your day. No ballet experience is necessary for this class.
