What you’ll need/what to expect.

In the first session we will spend as much time as is needed to understand your goals, expectations, limitations and history. We will undertake a physical session too where you will be assessed and gently exercised at the same time.

Sessions last for one hour.

You will not sweat

Sessions will be undertaken in lose fitting clothing and socked feet.

You will feel good after a session and are highly unlikely to feel muscle soreness.
