Covid-19 Update

Sadly due to this dreadful virus we have had to close up our physical studio and open up online. We will re-open following Goverment guidelines. Like you, we hope this is as soon as possible. At this time in particular it is important to stay healthy and well and we have a growing number of classes that you can do with us at home. We also have a number of videos of the various classes that we offer so that you can do these safely at home.
