Embodied Breath and Mantra – With Carolyn

A weekly guided practice in breath awareness and ways to integrate conscious breathing into our daily life. Breath is a vehicle for prana, our life force energy. Prana has the intelligence and capacity to regulate the nervous system, releasing energy blockages that cause dis-ease and disharmony. Every breath you take consciously, you enhance the flow of prana – enriching your vitality and wellbeing.

In these sessions I’ll share practical therapeutic breathwork, mantra and meditation techniques that will help you tap into the body’s wisdom. An opportunity to connect, learn, love and heal from within.
