Wednesdays

- 7:40 to 9:40 Meditation and Pranayama with Dr Vinod Kumar

- 12.30pm to 1.15pm Lunchtime Yoga with Caroline Smart
- 6:00-7:15pm Hatha Yoga with Julie McGurdy
