  • 6:15-7.30pm General/intermediate Ashtanga Vinyasa with Siobhan Fitzgerald
  • 7:30-8:45pm Beginner Ashtanga Vinyasa with Siobhan Fitzgerald

Tuesdays

  • 6:30-8:30am Mysore drop-in class with Cathy Moran
  • 6:00pm-7:30pm General/intermediate Ashtanga Yoga with Cathy Moran
  • 7:30-8.45pm Beginners Led Ashtanga Yoga with Cathy Moran

Wednesdays

  • 5:30pm-7:30pm Mysore drop-in class with Cathy Moran
  • 7:40 to 9:40 Meditation and Pranayama with Dr Vinod Kumar

Thursday

  • 12.30pm to 1.15pm Lunchtime Yoga with Caroline Smart
  • 6:00-7:15pm Hatha Yoga with Julie McGurdy

Friday

  • 6:30am -8.30am Mysore drop-in class with Cathy Moran
  • 7:15pm-8:45pm Kundalini Yoga with Dr Vinod Kumar

Saturday

  • 8:30am - 10:30pm Mysore self-practice with Siobhan Fitzgerald
