The Master’s Touch – Stress Reduction Workshop

In these challenging times, we experience stress and anxiety when our inner resources are insufficient or blocked to adapt to change. In this practical workshop you’ll awaken your sensory system through Kundalini Yoga to help restore your natural balance.

We’ll begin with group exercises exploring breath, movement and rhythm to balance the nervous system and glands, strengthen the mind and body to effectively respond to change in a healthy way.

Then, working in pairs, you’ll learn how to give each other a basic 12-point yogic anti-stress massage as taught by Yogi Bhajan, allowing the nervous system to deeply relax, repair and rejuvenate.

No previous massage experience is necessary. Guided instruction will be given throughout. No oils are used. The massage is received fully clothed lying on the floor. Mats, cushions and blankets will be provided. Wear loose clothing. Bring a towel/extra blanket for comfort and a flask of tea/water.
