Vinyasa and Yin Yoga

Combined Vinyasa and Yin class, with vinyasa flow through the month and yin yoga on the last Tuesday of each month.


This invigorating and dynamic class synchronises breath and movement, cultivating strength and flexibility in body mind and soul.

We will weave together a creative sequence of postures, linked by the thread of the breath, working through themes each week to help us approach more challenging poses.


In this quiet and still practice, we will work slowly in long held poses. Our focus is cultivating patience and awareness through the release of body and mind stresses. Poses can be held for several minutes, allowing the release of connective tissue.

Yin reaches deep inside the body, and is a powerful antidote to the yang of everyday life.

Time: 6 to 7.15pm Tuesdays

Cost: £10/£8 concs for drop-in, Special offer first 5 classes as a block for £25.

I had tried a couple of different yoga classes in the past but found they didn’t suit me. I decided to try the Ashtanga style of yoga and attended Cathy’s ‘Introduction to Ashtanga’ workshop and I’m glad I did. I feel safe in Cathy’s classes and leave feeling calmer and more energised. I look forward to each class and have been inspired to combine her led beginners classes with home practice and investigating Ashtanga philosophy further.
