What to bring?

A yoga mat, bottle of water, a light blanket and a cushion or something padded to sit on. Allow approx. 2 hours after eating before practice to free up your energy.

Suitable for all abilities and beginners welcome.

Time: Monday 7:35 to 9pm and Tuesdays 7:35pm-9pm.

Gong Yoga Nidra - Journey to the Self - Kundalini Yoga Workshop

This blissful 90-minute session will start with gentle exercise, pranayama (breath work) and mantra followed by yoga nidra (guided meditation) to prepare the mind and body to receive the healing vibrations of Symphonic and Venus gongs.

My new love on Monday or Tuesday nights is Kundalini Yoga with Carolyn McTaggart. I love the combination of chanting, kriyas and meditation, and for me it’s my new yoga drug of choice. Carolyn not only gives fantastic instruction in a kind and gentle way but she has so much energy and enthusiasm for Kundalini that is shines through. The classes are always full, so booking is essential and it ensures there is always a tremendous energy and group dynamic in the class.
