In this interactive workshop we’ll explore what it means to communicate consciously and how to integrate it into all areas of life. Learn some tools and techniques of Kundalini Yoga and sacred sound to find your inner voice and speak intuitively.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. A dynamic kriya-based
practice blending physical yoga postures (asanas),
breathing (pranayama), sound, mantra, meditation and
relaxation techniques that activate energy centres in the body.

No experience necessary. Limited spaces. Booking essential.

Bring a yoga mat (spares available), bottle of water, a light blanket and/or cushion for comfort. Eat lightly up to 1-2 hours before.
