Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga describes any of the physical practices of yoga. (Remember that yoga has eight limbs, only one of which, asana, involves doing yoga poses.) When you do Iyengar, this is hatha yoga; when you do Ashtanga, this is hatha yoga too. "Hatha yoga" can be used interchangeably with "yoga".

Julie's Hatha Thursday evening class (6:00pm - 7:15pm) is a comfortably-paced stretching class with easy to follow breathing exercises and some meditation. This is a good place to learn fundamental poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with good yoga practice. Click here to book this class

Cost: £7 for a drop in or £35 for a block of 6 classes.
