Aquarian Morning Sadhana with Carolyn McTaggart (Raj Adesh Kaur)

Cultivate your spiritual practice and amplify the benefits of Kundalini Yoga with this guided introduction to Aquarian Sadhana as taught by Yogi Bhajan

During the ‘ambrosial hours’ before sunrise, we group, we move, we breathe, we chant, we raise our energy, we become one.

Wear loose clothing and a head covering. Mats will be provided. Bring a light blanket, a cushion, bottle of water and light snack for after.

Open to all. No charge. Small donations accepted.

Space is limited and booking is essential.
