An introduction to the art of pranayama

These workshops give an opportunity for an in depth exploration of the breath. We will develop sound, visualisation and the natural connection between breath and meditation. The emphasis will be on learning to relax in order to breathe more fully. When we breathe to the full, we can live to the full. Jenny is passionate about this life enhancing practice.
