Mindfulness Meditation Mini Retreats

Retreats are extremely beneficial, as by engaging in silent practices and switching off from our busy worlds, we can let go of common distractions and submerge into our present experience.

These mini mindfulness retreats are a combination of meditation, silence, gentle movements such as QiGong and mindful walking, and other guided practices, designed to open up our awareness and engage in the present moment. The retreats are suitable for anyone who is looking to engage in mindfulness, and who wishes to spend an afternoon opening up their awareness to the here and now.
