Mindful Sunday Sessions

Embrace a mix of mindfulness meditations, movements and stillness in this afternoon Sunday practice session, designed to open up our awareness of our body, mind and selves, and immerse into our present moment experience. Sessions are suitable for anyone who is looking to practice meditation and mindfulness, and all are welcome. Practicing mindfulness meditations can be extremely beneficial in reducing stress, building resilience, and gaining a sense of balance in what’s normally a very busy week. My passion is mindfulness, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
