Mornings of Mindfulness

Immerse yourself in a morning of mindful meditation practice. Sessions will be a combination of meditation, silence, gentle movement, and other guided mindful practices, designed to open up our awareness and engage in the present moment. Sessions are suitable for anyone who is looking to engage in meditation and mindfulness, and who wishes to spend a morning opening up their awareness to the here and now. Fully immersing yourself in a morning of practice can be extremely beneficial, as by engaging in silent practices and switching off from our busy worlds, we can let go of common distractions and submerge into our present experience. My passion is mindfulness, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
