Midweek Morning Meditations

Mindfulness meditation practices are associated with reducing stress, creating a balanced mind-set, and increasing resilience, and what better way to practice than in a group sharing the experience with others. These hour-long sessions will be a varied combination of meditation, silence, gentle movement, and other guided mindful practices designed to open up our awareness and engage in the present moment. They will take place every Wednesday morning – to allow a mindful break in what’s usually a busy work week, setting us up for the day ahead. My passion is mindfulness, and I look forward to sharing it with you. Let’s give ourselves a tranquil middle of the week island together.
