I'm always aware after I read these articles that people think that Gyrotonic is for the super-fit, it is not. It is as effective for Andy Murray as it is for the proverbial couch potato to anyone in between.

Scottish Ballet, National Dance Company Wales and English National Ballet are joining forces for the first time in a national celebration of dance inspired by the 2012 London Olympics and the coming together of the British nations for Team GB.

Christopher Harrison, Scottish Ballet’s Dance GB poster boy, talks about his training. This is the first of a few videos from each company, exploring the world of dancers as 'athletes of God'.
